MyLearningMyWay.com provides you with access to a free trial of sample on-line language training tools. This free access is provided so that you can determine if the form and substance of our on-line language training tools satisfy you prior to your purchase of a paid membership. Upon purchasing a paid membership, this refund policy comes into effect.

Refund Policy
As stated above, you are free to view the free sample on-line language training tools prior to purchasing. We offer the free sample on-line language training tools so you can familiarize yourself with the form of our on-line language training tools in advance of purchasing thereby eliminating surprises and the need for refunds. Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are final. No refunds will be offered after purchase.
Whether you subscribe to a fixed term, a monthly or annual payment option, license fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, or refunds for the remaining term of a paid membership.

Subscription and Account Cancellation
The account owner is the only person who can cancel a subscription or an account. To cancel, send an email to info@mylearningmyway.com identifying you and requesting the cancellation. We will then cancel your subscription or account. If your services are being billed as a monthly or annual subscription, your subscription will be terminated upon account cancellation and you will not be charged for any renewal terms. As described in the Refund Policy, you will not receive a refund for the remaining term of a paid membership.
